Let me be clear when I say that this program is made for you to be successful. With that being said, Hannah’s effort was extraordinary! She went through a lot of obstacles and challenges throughout this process and has overcome so much!

The whole point of this program is to change lifestyles. In order to do that, we really focused on perspective and knowledge to overcome insecurities, and persevere through training and fitness. This program is producing results not only to the outer appearance, but in

Jasmin was a multi-sport athlete in high school well known for her help in successful volleyball runs. Following high-school, staying in shape was off/on for Jasmin running into motivational roadblocks that left her in and out of the gym without consistency.

On this program, we helped Jasmin completely change her metabolism!! Eating on average of 500 calories/day over her normal average. This allowed her to have WAY more energy throughout her day along with the proper nutrition to build her muscles!

This also lead to a decrease in bloating and a positive impact on her relationship with food. 💁‍♀️

This, along with 3 workouts per week allowed Jasmin to comfortably change her entire lifestyle!

CONFIDENCE. The #1 thing I want you to take from this post. Jasmin gained a whole lot of confidence. Throughout this program, it would probably surprise you that Jasmin’s weight remained close to the same, although completely changing her physique. (muscle weigh’s more than fat)

This is a lot bigger than some number. It’s about feeling confident, strong, and powerful in your own skin. Those are the real wins.

Avery is a wildcard! She just woke up one day and decided she wanted to follow her brother's footsteps and pursue bodybuilding. We don't know if she still plans on competing, but we take credit in getting her started!

Avery accomplished the 6 month PHG Rev program, working out 4 times per week and focusing her diet on high protein to fuel her lifts. An important piece to take away from this transformation is that Avery lifts heavy and trains hard. If you want to see results like her, you'll have to train like her at 4HF!!
