Welcome to 4 Her Fitness,
My name is Ben - Pleasure to meet you. I am a Christian and the values, ethics, and beliefs of my business follow the same code of conduct taught to us in the Holy Book. I practice what I preach and have competed in natural bodybuilding shows and multiple personal training and sport nutrition certifications. I care about people, and when I became a fitness and lifestyle coach in 2020, I saw just how bad the fitness industry was. And I saw firsthand how the fad diet and quick fixes of the world targeted women, even my own mother. This bothered me... hence 4 Her Fitness.
I want you to know, this space was created with you in mind—not just your goals, but your whole story. We know that stepping into a fitness journey is about so much more than workouts or nutrition. It’s about believing in yourself again, discovering strength you didn’t know you had, and surrounding yourself with a team that refuses to let you give up on your best self.
